The Speech Cottage Co. is a pediatric speech therapy practice based in Ramona, California. We are dedicated to supporting children ages 1 to 21 and their families by fostering meaningful connections through communication by providing individualized therapy. Our services are delivered in a variety of settings—including in our welcoming office space, in-home, in the community, at daycares and schools, and via telehealth across California—so that support is always within reach.

We are committed to using neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practices, and we believe in lifelong learning to continually enhance our clinical approach.

Therapy should be both engaging and effective; at The Speech Cottage Co., we embrace the challenge of transforming therapeutic work into playful, joyful experiences.

What started in a home has grown into a heart-centered practice built on care, connection, and a deep respect for every child’s voice.

  • My nonverbal 2 year old has been seeing Amanda for a few sessions now and he’s already been making small strides each session. My son has the best time and most times he doesn’t even want to leave. He’s finding his voice more and more each week! Watching my granddaughter learn, grow and thrive with Amanda's one on one personal sessions has been amazing. Not only does Amanda work so wonderfully with my granddaughter but she helps me understand how to connect and help my granddaughter as well.
